Jeffrey Anshel, OD, FAAO, principal of Corporate Vision Consulting, offers a sneak peek of his latest book titled "What you must know about eyestrain," where he shares a patient guide for how to understand and eliminate symptoms often experienced and associated with the condition, including headaches, blurred vision, eye pain, dry eye, neck and shoulder pain, bloodshot eyes.
