Jeffrey Anshel, OD, FAAO, principal of Corporate Vision Consulting, offers a sneak peek of his latest book titled "What you must know about eyestrain," where he shares a patient guide for how to understand and eliminate symptoms often experienced and associated with the condition, including headaches, blurred vision, eye pain, dry eye, neck and shoulder pain, bloodshot eyes.

He shares common habits that often lead to eyestrain development, the tie between technology and today's youth, how the pandemic has played a role in the increasing number of cases seen in patients, and why nutrition is so critical for eye health.
