What are the first things to consider before you start working to increase net revenue to ensure that you succeed?

Sampalis:

Yeah, just make sure you have all the tools in place. Like do you have enough staff to do services or new promotions in your office? Make sure you do have some cash on-hand to be able to add new frames to your practice, or new equipment. And just make sure that everyone's on board and understands what your vision is for the next six months in your practice.
