Lauren Weaver:

Hello, we are Lauren Weaver and Christine Scarlett, The Patient Whispers. We're so excited to be here today sharing our secrets t o wild success on social media. And this is a topic I am incredibly passionate about, because my journey in healthcare actually started from social media. And then I became a social media coordinator manage that role. And I'm now coaching social media coordinators all over the US to help practices meet the consumer where they're at, which is online, and turn them into patients in their doors.

Christine Scarlett:

Today's topic that we are so excited to share is how to define your identity on social media, to cut through the noise and stand out, to really grow your practice on social media, today's most powerful marketing tool. I spent 10 years managing an ophthalmology practice as chief marketing officer. And one of the reasons we grew so incredibly fast was thinking outside the box and always putting ourselves in the shoes of our consumer, which is what we're talking about here today. What do they want to see when they're scrolling social media? How do we connect with them through the screen to build a brand reputation that is unmatched?
