Brandon Barber, chief marketing officer at Heru, speaks with Optometry Times®' Alex Delaney-Gesing on the company's upcoming advancements and two new testing modalities on its diagnostic platform: Fast Pattern Suprathreshold Visual Field and the Farnsworth D-15 extended color vision exam.

Fast Pattern Suprathreshold Visual Field is designed to perform a visual field screening in 20 seconds—without refractive correction—and provide real-time clinical results, allowing earlier detection of glaucoma, cataracts, age-related macular degeneration (AMD), and other progressive eye conditions.

Farnsworth D-15 extended color eye exam offers a quick, efficient solution for detecting and classifying color vision deficiencies. Billable to insurance and supported by many ICD-10 codes, the exam joins the company's Ishihara color vision test (already available on the platform).

These latest additions are being unveiled at Heru's Vision Expo East booth (#P1535, on the showroom floor in the TechifEYE Pavilion) this weekend.

Attendees are welcome to demo the company's muli-modal cloud-based
platform, which enables eyecare physicians to perform 6 diagnositc exams with 5 revenue-generating CPT codes in one werable platform.

Additionally, Heru is sponosring two educational sessions and hosting a booth lecture with KOL in the industry.
